What does my quote include, and can it change?
Your quote is based on the details you provide, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, kitchen, living areas, condition, and special requests. If the space or project scope is different from what was described, the quote may be adjusted before service begins.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers provide access instructions, leave a key in a safe place, or arrange entry with a building staff member. You are also welcome to be home while the cleaning is completed.

Can I request something outside the normal checklist?
Yes. Tell us about special requests when you book or contact the office before your appointment. If the request is related to house cleaning or a cleaning project, we will let you know whether it can be added and whether it affects the quote.

Are the cleaners safe to service my home?
Cleaners referred for service are background-checked. We ask teams to treat belongings carefully, and photos or videos may be used when needed to document project condition and support customer satisfaction.

Will I always have the same cleaners?
We make every effort to send the same cleaner or team for recurring service. Occasionally, a substitute may be assigned because of scheduling, availability, or illness.

How are keys protected?
If key access is arranged through our office, keys are kept in secure storage and issued only for the scheduled cleaning. Your cleaner receives access for the appointment and returns the key according to the agreed process.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Maid in Cleaning teams arrive prepared with cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products to be used in your home, let us know in advance so the cleaning notes can be shared with your cleaner.

What are your cleaning rates?
Rates depend on the size, condition, frequency, and scope of the cleaning. For the most accurate estimate, start a quote or call the office so we can walk through the details and match the service to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least two business days notice to change or cancel a scheduled cleaning. Less than two business days notice may result in the higher of a $100 fee or 10% of the project cost. Same-day cancellations are not refundable.
